An Aboriginal Stroll

I’m going to walk straight at you
With a smile

You can greet me or look away

If my colour offends you
Sadness will drown my heart

If you walk straight at me with a smile
I will know
Our colours are the same

  1. Ouch! I despise people who separate others according to skin color. But despite that I’m conscious of differences to the extent it makes me too careful, when I’d rather just be completely natural.

  2. Oh I love this, so succinctly put, full of feeling, love and exactly right. From a rainbow in Norway. Ann
