A Secret Liaison
I taught thee of love and other things
More unto the deportment of thous’t
Did I not o’er hot coals go for thee?
My Lady love
Call it love if you will I am deserved
Am I not of it?
Your discontentment with an honest gent
Is as though thou hast not loved
Anyone but me
If this be so then our love is at death’s door
And destiny is reached with angst
But not without love
