A Man and His Dog
My heart feels spent right now
My girl’s gone
My dogs shattered and searching
There’s no need to say another word really
We are both dreaming Junior and I
Of the times when Mum walked here
Cooked a wonderful meal made a drink
And
Loved us both to death
She was our girl
My wife
And
Junior’s mum
Our rock
Our special girl
Our greatest loss for a man and his dog
