My Aphrodisiac
And it washes all my worryin’ away,
Takes’ care of that horrid thing called stress,
That if it goes uncontrolled for long,
See’s me become totally a mess.
And it washes all my woes away,
Provides a calmness to my soul,
That loves to be at peace each day,
A feeling of being whole.
And it washes all my blues away,
Has me full of life in a flash,
To my workday it makes me run,
In fact it makes me dash.
And it washes all my sins away,
From the naughty night before,
Yes!, I love my morning shower,
It’s my most delightful chore.
